The 2025 MTN Global Graduate Development Programme is now open for applications. This program aims to identify and nurture exceptional graduates from across MTN’s presence in Africa and the Middle East, helping them quickly advance into key positions at MTN and gain valuable experience.
The program includes formal training through the MTN Academy and on-the-job training through full employment and placement into a strategically aligned function.
MTN operates three regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, offering modules for the formal training component.
Additionally, graduates working for MTN’s operating firms will receive on-the-job training through job rotation, mentorship, coaching, and interactions with executive committees.

Requirements:
- The minimum qualification age is 27.
- You must possess 60% of prerequisites or requirements for academic programs
- You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in 15 Subjects by March 30, 2025
- You must have 25 months of full-time experience.
