The World Bank Junior Professional Associate (JPA) program is now accepting applications from scholars with distinction in their graduate studies.

The World Bank Junior Professional Associate (JPA) program seeks recent graduates with a strong desire to serve others and a strong work ethic for a two-year internship in a multicultural setting.
You can apply if you are part of the top-ranked applicants in your graduating class.
You will gain experience in economics, finance, human development, public health, education, nutrition, population, social sciences, agriculture, environment climate, infrastructure, private sector development, and other related fields.

What Qualities Must You Possess To Qualify?
- You must be a graduate with excellent academic results.
- It is advantageous if you speak Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish, among other working languages of the Bank.
- You must be 28 years of age or younger before the start of the program.
- You must have a professional command of English.
Program Benefits:
The World Bank will give you the chance to obtain entry-level professional experience in a top development institution for two years that is not renewable as an Extended Term Consultant with benefits.
How to Apply for the Program:
- You can apply online if you are interested. Please make sure you enter the necessary data.
- Please be aware that applications will remain active for six months in the database of the World Bank. You will have to reapply if, after six months, you are still interested in the Junior Professional Associate program.
- The only people contacted to discuss their interest and availability are those who have been selected for an assignment. The hiring manager uses a very competitive process to choose candidates.
