3. A password reset link will be sent to your student email address. Open and reset your password.

How to Recover Email Address on LonestarD2L

If you have forgotten your student email, you can easily recover that by following the steps provided below.

For email recovering, since you have forgotten your email and do not have access to it;

1. Click on Get Email Address.
2. You will be asked to provide your LSC ID Number or last 4 digits of your social security number, your last name and your full date of birth.
3. You can also contact the OTS Service desk or call for any login issues.
