Now, all official transcript requests are to be made through the schools partnership with Parchment. Hence, MyPVCC online requests and paper requests are no longer accepted or processed at the college, and in-person pickups are not be available.

However, for active students, it is important to note that unofficial transcripts can still be accessed at any time through SIS, ensuring continuous availability and accessibility.
To Complete A Parchment Transcript Request
- Go to Parchment.com or and create an account. If you already have a Parchment account, simply log in and go to the next steps. If you are a current PVCC student, you may click on the Parchment tile once you sign into your MyPVCC account.
- Log in with your new account and click “Start by adding a school or organization you attended.”
- Enter PIEDMONT VIRGINIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE in the search box.
- Follow the prompts to complete your official transcript request. After your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from Parchment. To track your order, log into Parchment.com and click “Track” under the name of your school.
For those in need of urgent document delivery, an overnight service is offered at an extra charge. However, it should be noted that this option may not be accessible for students who enrolled at the College ten or more years ago or for requests made during periods when the College is closed.
