The managing dentists, who typically have at least three years of experience, handle the majority of new patient exams, mentor newly licensed dentists, and collaborate with specialists to ensure top-notch patient care.
Managing Dentists also participate in an office profitability incentive program, while their General Dentists receive bonuses based on their production.
To ensure the best possible care for your patients, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and develop alongside other dentists in your office and the local area.
Additionally, for patients in need of specialized care, you will refer them to the Board Specialists at your office, allowing you to continue caring for your patients while collaborating with specialty dentists.

Responsibilities:
While giving direct patient care, you are free to design your treatment strategies.
Physicians answer to physicians. You will report to someone aware of the clinical component of your role, not the practice owner.
You will work with departments such as billing, marketing, call center, procurement, IT, facilities, human resources, legal, and more to provide corporate support to offices.
Qualifications:
A doctor of dentistry medicine (DMD) or a doctor of dental surgery (DDS)
