The AU-EU Youth Voices Lab is a four-year initiative co-funded by the European Union and implemented by Oxfam, Restless Development, Search for Common Ground, Youth makers Hub, and ComDev Africa.
The project, also known as PoC, aims to foster a more inclusive and youth-centered society. The five partners bring together their expertise in youth-led initiatives and address key challenges related to Agenda 2063, Sustainable Development Goals, and the AU-EU relationship from a youth perspective.

Their responsibilities include crafting the EU’s foreign partnership and development policies to make a positive impact internationally.

Youth ages 15 to 35 from a variety of backgrounds are the focus of the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab
These youths include those who live in remote areas and those who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET), which includes 8,000 youth civil society groups from Africa, Europe, and the African Diaspora in Europe.
It also includes decision-makers and enablers from the AU and EU, governments, CSOs, Corporates, and other sources.
Selection Criteria:
You are someone who can’t wait to take part in action-led projects during continental influencing spaces such as joining coalition work or attending parallel meetings while attending an important summit or conference about the AU, EU, or AU-EU alliance.
You intend to dedicate yourself to serving on the Youth advisory board for the duration of the project, which is three and a half years.
You are an engaged youth advocate who participates in a formal or informal youth-led movement, collective, group, or organization.
You have an open mind toward other people’s ideas and beliefs, you respect people in all of their diversity, and you have faith in other people’s skills and knowledge.
It is advantageous to have prior grant or budget management experience.
You are in the age range of 15 to 35.
You can communicate in French and or English.
You now reside in one of the following countries: Burundi, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Tunisia, and Belgium, which are all involved in the project’s implementation.
