The University of Sydney International Scholarship 2025 Qualification:

  • Possess an ATAR of 95 to 99.85, or higher. Apply on the year you graduate from high school. You have up to two years to postpone if awarded a Sydney Scholars Award.
  • Be submitting a UAC admissions application.
  • Be an Australian domestic or overseas student studying onshore who has earned or is about to finish an equivalent Year 12 Australian qualification, such as the HSC, or the International Baccalaureate.

How to Apply for the Sydney International Scholarship?

  • You must submit your research degree application by September of the previous year if you want to start in either Research Period 1 (1 January) or Research Period 2 (1 March).
  • You must apply in December of the year before to begin in Research Period 3 (1 July) or Research Period 4 (1 October).
