Program Overview:

Responsibilities:
Upholds all modality-specific models in the designated field.
Complete troubleshooting of complex multi-symptom issues at the system level.
Discuss equipment status issues with doctors and technicians daily.
Takes action to guarantee primary consumers’ pleasure, identifies sales possibilities, communicates with the account team, assists with account sales visits, and trains others as needed.
Contributes to the expansion and course of the business in your region.
In charge of PMS contract cost control and warranty.
Completes all administrative duties in a responsible manner and on schedule.
Guarantees that the paperwork for assigned accounts’ FMIs and PMS inspections is completed on time.
Takes center stage in intricate, multipurpose spaces and exchanges best practices.
As stated in the GE Service Quality Policy Statement, maintain efficient quality programs and systems that adhere to the ISO 9001 standard.
Additional Responsibilities:
Recognize and abide by the relevant laws and regulations as they relate to this job type or position, as well as the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, and Quality Goals.
Within the allotted time, finish all scheduled Quality and Compliance training. Determine and notify the Quality Organization right away of any customer quality or compliance issues.
Any personal quality or compliance issues should be identified and reported right away to the Quality Organization.
Ensure prompt delivery closing. Make sure that any field modification instructions (FMIs) are completed within the allotted time. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by locating and properly reporting gaps in process and product quality, and when practical, offer solutions.
Qualifications:
Qualified for a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or electrical and electronics engineering.
Technical analytical abilities and then gives instructions.
Field Services experience for a maximum of two years.
You must have English proficiency.
The capacity to function autonomously with little guidance.
High caliber and standards of work.
Initiative as well as drive.
