Selection Criteria:
Upon application, applicants must be at least 23 years old.
You must have two years minimum of job experience in a professional capacity or volunteer work in a civil society group.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Persistence in the community or social engagement.
Partnership with a target country organization, either current or proposed.
It is advantageous to have additional language abilities, particularly in German.
