Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a Canadian national enrolled in a domestic or international university. Also, you qualify if you are a foreign national or permanent resident participating in a PhD program at a Canadian university.
- Enrolled in a full-time PhD program for your first or second year.
- You qualify if you are currently enrolled in PhD studies and expected to complete by 2027.
