The Fellows Program is designed for individuals who are dedicated to pursuing a career in international development.
As a participant, the program will enhance your skills and practical experience in program management and operations while making a meaningful contribution to important projects.
You will undergo comprehensive, hands-on training in project management, operations, human resources, supply chain, security, safeguarding, project design, and proposal creation, as well as monitoring and assessment.
During the 12-month fellowship, each Fellow is based in one of the country programs run by CRS.
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) was established in 1943 by the Catholic Bishops of the United States to provide aid to World War II survivors in Europe.
Since then, CRS has expanded its reach to serve over 130 million individuals in more than 100 countries across five continents.
For over 75 years, CRS has been dedicated to supporting underprivileged and destitute individuals abroad, guided by the principles of Catholic social teaching and the promotion of human life and dignity.
While rooted in the Catholic faith, CRS assists those in need regardless of their religious background.
